May 29,1950 - November 12, 2002

Robert was taken from us in 2002 after a long battle with cancer.  Through the whole ordeal, Robert always made light of the situation.  He could make you smile and laugh no matter how much he was suffering.  Always dedicated to his wife, children, family, and friends, Robert put everyone else first. His sense of humor was like no other. A heart of gold is what he had. That same heart that we now all carry within us.  A man that can never be forgotten, that was our Robert.

this page is dedicated to you in your honor. Thank you for being the greatest man that we will ever know. You were an amazing father and friend. I still find myself searching for the answer to "why?" "why you?" and maybe I will never find that answer. The only thing that can comfort me, in the meantime, is knowing that you are not suffering anymore. I know we will see you again one day and until that day we will get by with all of the wonderful memories you have left us. I love you with all of my heart and all I need to do is close my eyes and vision you right beside me. So, although you are not here, you will always be my guide in life.
